NAPWA shall trade as NAPWA-SA

As a Organization “NAPWA-SA” will pursue the Object, and conduct its affairs in accordance
with the terms contained in this Constitution.

The Organization will continue for an indefinite period, subject to the right of the
members to terminate it according to the procedure as provided for in this
Constitution.

NAPWA is a non- partisan, non –discriminatory; non –governmental, non- profit
membership-based organization.

PRINCIPLES

NAPWA is committed to the unyielding principles of inclusivity and diversity. Our organization takes a firm stand in organizing and mobilizing individuals across a wide spectrum of backgrounds, ensuring representation and empowerment for all. We extend our reach across the intersections of race, disability, socioeconomic class, religion, culture, gender, age, and sexual orientation. These diverse contours form the very fabric of our community, and we are unwavering in our dedication to fostering an environment where every voice is heard and valued.
